Dancing Queen and King!

Last night our ward had a Valentine's Day dinner and dance. It was lots of fun! We met some new people in our ward and had fun bustin a move! Jon and I found that even with a little rest we still have no rythm, and dance like goofy jocks, but who cares!

PS-remember, dont let the dates on the pictures distract you, I know they drive me nutts!

Chance update

Here are some pics of Chance. He is getting SO big! Pay no attention to the date on these shots, I found Jon's old camera and I cant figure out how to make the date not show! But Chance knows his name and will turn his head like this if you call it.

If I didn't know any better I would think that Chance was Zoe's son. He attacks every toy with a squeaker and then destroys it, leaving the 'skin' of the animal left. This is him with one of his favorites, the rabbit. He also likes to eat the stuffing, which the vet informed me could potential kill him.... nice to know that now!

A BLAST from the past!

So as I complained about in my last post my lovely camera still wont turn on. I have given up. So sometime soon I will post pictures from my beautiful new camera. But because I am so bored doing nothing all day I found Jon's old (and when I say old I mean 4 mega pixles old!) camera from when we were dating. To my delight it turned on and there are some pictures on here from the first christmas I knew Jon. We were just dating, but my mom could tell I was done looking! So I thought you would enjoy a little look at the past also! But first, here is a little pic of Chance! he is getting so stunning. He knows his name, he turns his head like this when you call his name! i love it!!! (Pay no attention to the date, remember this is Jon's very old camera!)
So back to memory lane (well, since technically I hadn't met anyone yet they aren't my memories but I loved finding these pictures!) I love this picture of Susan and Rachel!

Next we have Jon and his Mom bowling, apparently it is a big Walter tradition.

And my beautiful Sister-in-law Michelle being attacked by Mathias, her now hubby. There were other pictures but you can tell Jon was just taking random shots of people, so they were fun for me, but semi- boring for others.

But then I find aweful pictures of me when Jon came to see me for New Years that year. I still can't believe that was 3.5 years ago!! Holy cow I'm an OLD FART!!! The only picture of those you can see is this one, Jon's last day visiting, cause it's kinda cute. For the record, my face isn't really that huge, I had my wisdom teeth pulled a few days before Jon came to see me!

Im so blessed to be married to the most amazing man in the world!

Someday...

So I finally found my camera cord and went to take some pictures to post and guess what? My camera won't turn on! I am crossing my fingers that it is just a problem with the batteries, but I just bought this pack of rechargeable batteries and charged them the right amount of time... so they should have plenty of juice! So maybe I will have to purchase a new camera... or maybe after I charge the batteries again they will just work.

But I wanted to show off pictures of Chance, he is getting so big! I took him to the vet yesterday. He weighed 23.3 lbs! He was such a good boy at the vet! I was like a proud mom... everyone was talking about how sweet and good he was and I was beaming with pride! I never thought I could be so proud of a dog, but what can I say, he is sweet! So someday when all the parts to my camera are in working order, I will post pics of our apartment and our furry boy!

Home in Knoxville

So the move went perfect!! Nothing broke (even though Jon did almost all the packing)! Our new apartment is cute, and ROACH FREE!! That is right... basically I am in heaven-- I'm easy to please! We (and by we I mean I) still have a few things to unpack and organize, but I've been too busy enjoying the cable and work out space! Our apartment is 2 levels... So being the weirdo I am, I have been practising teaching step aerobics (my next goal is to certify in it and cycling). This post would normally inclue pictures, but I still have not located my camera cord, so for now you will just have to visualize.... the multiple windows, bedrooms on the upper floor, larger kitchen (biggest one we have had!-- not that that means much!), shower that has water pressure, and once again... no fear of gross crawling things! I promise that I will soon find my camera cord, and let you see it real deal!
Things are alreay going well for Jon at work. He will be starting 4 homes this month! I cant wait for the comission! He seems to be doing very well. This is such a great opportunity for him to excell, and he will be cause he is amazing! As for me, I am still debating what I want to do. I will eventually get another job, but honestly I dont want to rush it. I have wondered idly what stores like Target and Old Navy give their employees. If the discount is decent, I would be tempted to apply!
That is all for now... any ideas where I should look for my camera cord?? Jon doesn't remember where he packed it!
