Ohio Summer Trip

As usual we went to Ohio for a summer trip! And again as usual Grandma and Grandpa were very popular. We went to Grandma's classroom one day to help her organize the room. Jane found a lethal weapon---a gigantic sharpie! And I got to spend some time with my Grandma!

One of the main reasons for the trip was Jon remodeling Granny's kitchen. Here are the before pictures.

Zach, Nathan and I all helped Jon. We got all this done in one full day!

Uncle Zach and Aunt Paige are also super famous with my girls! We went to the Cincinnati Children's museum, and the girls loved every minute! I love seeing the wonder and joy on their faces in these pictures!

Jon liked taking a nap at the museum too...

And we met up with Nathan and Amy and their girls. We had lunch and played at their house. The girls had a blast! And Jane was a huge fan of Nathan. She kept telling him long stories. Too funny.

JUNE

Its summer time! And sadly I feel like I'm not able to take enough pictures to document whats going on! Keeping on top of 3 kids in public leaves no free hand to snap pictures. It honestly really bugs me...you should know by now how I feel about pictures! But here are a few snippets of what I was able to get. Jane taking a load off during lunch one day.
Playing with cousins! We love having some of our cousins nearby. We get together to play, and swim together. And Ashlyn is a great babysitter who just spends the night!

Sisters can be incredibly sweet together.
And Jane on her actual 2nd birthday.

And I have been brave and taken the kids to the zoo on my own. Its a bit hectic, but fun.

And Jane's first pigtails one day after swimming at the pool. So cute!

Jane is also a huge fan of bananas. But she hugs them like a stuffed animal as she eats them. adorable and messy at the same time!

Girls Weekend in TX

This Mom missed her TX friends dearly. So Nikki and I met up in SC and jumped a flight to TX! Leslie picked us up from the airport and we headed to Beaumont. Oh how wonderful it was to see my dear friends! We spent the night at Mallory's house and had fun late night chats like always.
I got to meet Max!! Mason and Max are some of my favorite boys on the planet, and I was so happy to get to spend time with both!

We had a little party and some of our friends from the ward came to see us too! Leaving Beaumont was one of the hardest things I've done in my adult life. A part of my heart will always belong to my friends there.
