Lots Happened in MAY

 Abby loves being a big sister again. Here she is sharing her cartoon time with Em.

 Our first date post Emily-- LOWES. We are exciting people.

 Jane sleeping in her big girl bed, being a big sister is hard work.

 Kate big sister level expert. And Abby with her treasure from her time out with Grandma. Grandma was sure to take several hours with each girl and take them out.

 Em keeps growing and getting cuter. She loves her toys. And she has a pretty good mean face. And her measurements at her doctors check up at 2 months.

 And here we are touring out house when it was stick framed. Going in the front door for the first time, and kissing in our bedroom

 Plus the view from the bathroom window of the backyard, and some tortillas that a worker left in the garage.

May was a busy month for all of us, so appropriate to end with Em sleeping holding her toy.

More Grandma and Grandpa

 Grandparent level expert--playing a game and feeding the grand baby. These 2 just love being with their grandkids and their grandkids love them!

Grandma shared a fun smores dessert with the girls and we all loved it of course!

 And one day during her visit Grandma and I took Jane and Emily to the zoo. Jane loved having Grandma's one on one attention!

Strawberry Fields with Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa decided to come down for a quick trip to play with kids (mostly baby Emily). While they were here we decided to go pick strawberries and make jam. The girls loved picking and eating and making! And the jam will last us for a long time!

 Kate and Abby took dance class at the community center. Then of course there was a recital! The girls felt like celebrities. It was fun to watch them soak up the spotlights.

 Emily started to really hold her head up. Thankfully she is a pretty calm baby, I don't think our lives could have survived a needy baby!

And I accidentally had the camera on selfie mode when trying to take a sleeping baby picture and the image scared me! This is what my poor kids see when they look up at me.

 Then one of the best holidays of the year, Mother's Day! It's always great to feel loved and appreciated! Mom scored big this year and got a new phone.

 Emily got to wear one of my favorite dresses that all the girls have worn. So simple and sweet!
