Valentine's Day!

I have started a tradition in our family that every day of Feb leading up to Valentines day the kids get a love note from either me or Dad. I just love watching their reactions to such simple notes. It lights them up, even if just for a few minutes. This year was especially fun because Kate got WAY into it too! She even started writing everyone notes too. It is a fun holiday to just focus on the love we have for each other without any other important holiday things to focus on. I love love!! oh, and can you tell which mailbox belongs to our 3 year old??

Jane is 8 Months!

 Time is flying by, and Miss Jane is 8 months old! She is such a calm baby, unless you walk out of the room without her! She loves to have people talking to her and holding her. She still isn't very mobile. She can sit up on her own, but still falls over after a few moments. And she can roll around, but is usually content to just watch what is going on. She has just started trying to feed herself cereal, and is determined to get it!

Snow Days

 This is the first snow my girls had in New Jersey. They were so excited running around and throwing snow at each other. A few days later, they experienced their first blizzard....over 2 feet of snow! It was epic! Kate loved running around in the snow, Abby however was over it really fast. Chance also quickly decided he is not a fan of lots of snow.

Jane is 7 months!

 At 7 months, Jane is still working on sitting up on her own. She is a sweet baby who smiles often but laughs sparingly. She still doesn't seem to care much about food. She will eat some, but nothing like my other two girls.

Happy birthday to the best Dad and husband in the world! His birthday was pretty low key, but we made sure he knew just how much we adore him! Hope your 32nd year is the best yet!

Princeton

 We are in the Princeton 2nd ward here in New Jersey. So since church just a few short minutes from Princeton Campus, I made Jon take us after church! The girls were hungry for lunch so we didn't have a ton of time to explore. But wow-- such a beautiful campus! I was in love! I will def be going back to further explore.I think the girls look smarter just standing on the campus grounds!

Kate's New Jersey School

Such a cute building! Kate wanted to wear her Texas shirt to her first day so that "all the kids will know I'm a Texas girl". She did great! Changing schools has hardly phased her. I'm so proud of her. She rides the bus to and from school, and its adorable to watch her confidently jump on!

JERSEY!!

 Our first selfie in our new house in New Jersey after driving all night. It was a crazy draining trip to unpack with 3 kids. But we survived, somehow! I can honestly say I never would have seen myself living in New Jersey, but that is the beauty of life, it takes us lots of unexpected twists and turns!

 Then look at our rockin' New Year. We were so exhausted from our crazy move we partied so hard on New Year.

 We got the girls room unpacked first. It is a huge room! This house is bigger than I ever thought I would live in! I love all the space!

 Jon is my favorite person to watch work.....he is great!

 We got our first visitors only a few days after we got to New Jersey. My brother and his girlfriend came to see us (ok mostly they wanted to explore New York City!)

Wrapping up Ohio

 Grandma requested to be the first to feed Jane solid food. She was quite a fan of the new sweeter flavor.

On our last day in Ohio we went to an indoor playground to get some energy out. We had a great time running around. We then loaded up the van and drove overnight to New Jersey!

Hanging with Granny

 One of my favorite places on earth is my Grandma's house. I love to see my girls having a great time there too. We got to spend lots of time there this trip. The first picture is just hilarious. My Grandma makes the best faces ever.
